This week's blog is about Past Lives ... this topic lights me up! I love talking about it. I love teaching the class. I love doing the past life regressions. Love love LOVE! *grin*
So I wanted to share with you a really profound past life memory this morning. I was listening to Hay House Radio (free app) and Denise Linn was talking about the way to recognise where and when you might have lived in a past life.
This is her top 5 of 'how to get an idea of your past lives':
1. Advice not remembered - where you give advice to someone and later they say thank you for that ... but you don't remember giving it. You don't have amnesia or dementia ... you may have been channeling from the past.
2. Knowledge suddenly comes through but you don't know how you know it. For example, when someone is talking about a particular way of cooking a meal and you suddenly know all the ingredients and how to cook it - and you've never made it in this lifetime.
3. Places in the world connections - where you have a deep desire to visit a particular country or city. You are compelled in your desire. And if you go there you have an immediate and strong feeling that you belong there.
4. Skills in your life that are mystical or unique - where you are drawn to do a class, for example a language course and you pick it up like you've spoken it before.
5. Teaching from other cultures - where you find yourself reading and understanding historical or philosophical books from other cultures. It resonates with you on a soul level. You know that you've studied it or taught it before.

My past life Past life journey with Denise Linn - 19/3/18
Started crying (in real life) even before I started the regression.
Went to the meadow.
Saw the door in front of me.
Still crying (in real life).
Walked through the door - the sun is very warm on my face.
(In real life the sun came out too.)
I am I man. Sailor. Well dressed. Uniform.
I saw I was in a boat.
Leaving a port.
A woman is standing on the dock, waving.
We are crying - saying goodbye.
I don’t want to leave her. She has family obligations and feels she must stay.
I see myself going forward in the life and I know I am not going to see her again. I’m going to die at sea - the boat sinks. And I’m devastated.
**So I decide to change the memory - this time before I leave - I ask her to come with me on the boat. And she says yes. We run away together. I know that we are destined and this is what I would do next time too.
—When my ex-boyfriend wouldn’t leave the cruise ships with me I was devastated - but I know now he was not the one. He was just helping me to see that everyone has their own path.
This past life is why I was drawn to work on cruise ships this time.
This is why I found myself so easily slipping into the ‘ship life’ behaviour. I’ve done it many times before.
My next soul mate is going to travel with me. Alongside me as my companion. Their interests, their passions, their desires fulfilled. But going in the same direction.
I now declare: I am cutting the cord of any lives of saying ‘goodbye forever’ to people I love.

Have you ever felt like there was something missing in your life?

Why am I here? How can I help the world more?
Well ... if you answered yes to to these questions ... you are starting to consider getting on the road to your life purpose. You are not alone.
But having said that ... you are not in the majority. Did you know that some people will NEVER ask 'how can I contribute more to the world?'
It's true! They will be asleep their whole lives.
But not you!
You are a Seeker!
You are asking these questions.
You are AWAKE (or at least starting to wake up). :-)
Getting the answer to these life purpose questions is different to asking 'How do I get to Phillip Island?' ... there is a google map or a friend could tell you.
When you ask the questions of life purpose ... the answer comes from INSIDE rather than OUTSIDE yourself.
You will get 'gut feelings' or intuitive guidance to follow.
You will have dreams that point you in the right direction.
You will meditate and see a next step to take.
You will suddenly feel the urge to go for a bike ride or visit a friend.
You will be compelled to buy a book or read an article or listen to a radio show that is the perfect information at you need to know.
Generally we are much more practiced at getting our answers from outside of ourselves than inside.
Our upbringing and schooling has taught us that we are not able to answer questions ourselves. That is NOT true!
Our internal guidance system is SPOT ON ... always.
How many times have you said: 'I wish I'd listened to my gut. I knew I shouldn't date that guy/girl?'
You know what is right for you. You are just out of practice.

This week's blog is about LOVING YOUR BODY ... I have just come back from the Seven Sisters Festival in Mt Martha. It is a unique festival because it is an all female event. Sorry guys ... :-)
I worked on a market stall doing Angel card readings, Reiki energy healing, Bowen therapy and some massage - with my friend Susie (who owns Aromanurture - essential oils products and is a Myotherapist).
It was an intense 4 days and I met some amazing, heart-centred, strong, sensitive, warrior women. Feeling VERY blessed.
I also experienced some very special Sound Healing sessions, yoga classes and meditations that were beautiful.
I'd like to share one of the meditations with you.
**NOTE - I will be doing this meditation tonight on FB live at 6.30pm - it will be recorded so if you miss it you can watch it later.
It is called the 'I love my body' meditation.
First, find a quiet space to lie down and relax. Make sure you are warm and comfortable. You will need about 10 minutes. But you could extend the time if you wish.
Then, as you close your eyes, start to connect with your breath. Breathing in deeply and out deeply. Try to make your out breath longer than your in breath. This will tell your nervous system to calm down and chill out.
Then, move your attention to you toes and your feet. Feel them. Sense them. Honour them for grounding you firmly to the earth.
And say outloud: "I love you feet." ... "I love you feet!" Breathe deeply. Feel the energy of the words resonate in the feet.
Move your attention to your legs. Feel them. Sense them. Honour them for holding you up and being your strong tree trunks that allow you to walk and move and dance.
And say out loud: "I love you legs" ... "I love you legs!" Breathe deeply.
Move your attention to your hips and pelvis. Feel them. Sense them. Honour them for keeping you balanced and being your centre for creativity and fertility.
And say out loud: "I love you pelvis" ... "I love you pelvis!" Breathe deeply.
Move your attention to your organs in your torso. Feel them. Sense them. Honour them for helping you to digest your food, breathe air, pump blood through your body to live fully.
And say out loud: "I love you organs." ... "I love you organs." Breathe deeply.
Move your attention to your spine. Feel it. Sense it. Honour it for being literally the back bone of your life and allowing you to stand up strong in your power.
And say out loud: "I love you spine." ... "I love you spine!" Breathe deeply.
Move your attention to your head. Feel it. Sense it. Honour it for being the birth place of all your ideas, for holding your brain and from where you speak your truth.
And say out loud: "I love you head." ... "I love you head!" Breathe deeply.
Move your attention to your whole body. Feel it. Sense it. Honour it for being an amazing, strong, sensitive, powerful, magical, beautiful creation.
And say out loud: "I love you body." ... "I love you body!" ... "I LOVE YOU BODY" ... "I promise to take care of you." ... "I promise to love you." ... "I promise to nurture you." ... "I promise to move in joyful and fun ways." ...
"I promise to surround you with uplifting people." .... "I promise to think high vibrational thoughts" ... "I promise to give you more love than I give to other people." ... "I love you (your name)." ... "I love you (your name)." ... "I LOVE you (your name) ... "I REALLY love you (your name)!"
Breathe deeply. Feel deeply. Be in your body. Honour it. It's your temple.
