Refund Policy

Memberships: Sea Change Society and Lighthouse Circle

Passes and membership fees for Sea Change Society and Lighthouse Circle (including Shoreline Circle sessions) are non-refundable, except where a refund is requested with a reason and approved at our discretion. To request a refund, email info@pipcoleman.com with your booking details and the reason for your request.

Treatments: Reiki and Bowen sessions

If you cancel or do not show up within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment, your session is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled treatment, we will exchange your booking for another available date at no extra cost, rather than issuing a refund.

Divine Alignment Code and Reiki Master training

The Divine Alignment Code and Reiki Master training are non-refundable, except where a refund is requested with a reason and approved at our discretion. To request a refund, email info@pipcoleman.com with your booking details and the reason for your request.

Physical products

Returns and exchanges for the Rising Light Oracle Card deck and other physical products are covered in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product or service has a major problem, you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation regardless of the above.
